Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged at standard rates shown at checkout.

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused, resalable condition in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you everything you need. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund it straight away — no need to return the damaged item.
